Skipping Class to Campaign for Wildlife Protection with ProFaunaHanggar Prasetio is a ProFauna’s member (volunteer) who is a college student in his fourth year. Prasetio has been actively involved in some public campaigns held by the organization. The latest campaign -held from 14 to 17 October 2009 in Yogyakarta, Central Java and in Bandung, West Java- was also supported by him. In the campaign, Prasetio wore a primate costume and acted the animal behaviour s to attract the crowd. He became the centre of attention because of his unique performance, not to mention that he was accompanied by the pretty female rock star that is also ProFauna’s member (volunteer), Melanie Subono.
As a senior college student, Prasetio has to spend his time well both for studying and supporting ProFauna. He stated, "By joining ProFauna, I get many experiences in wildlife protection efforts while visiting interesting places that I long to visit". As long as there was free time, Prasetio added that he would love to support ProFauna’s activities to save wildlife in Indonesia. Thank you Hanggar Prasetio!
